ARRIVAL

  • Arrival time from 5 p.m. and departure at 12 p.m. at the latest.



SMOKERS:

  • Smoking outside only. Vaping is permitted indoors.
  • We provide you with clearly visible metal boxes next to the two doors (patio and main) as ashtrays, please use them!

LIVING ROOM TV:

BASEMENT PROJECTOR:

  • Lower the screen with the beige controller
  • Turn on the projector with the black controller
  • Turn on the speakers with the Edifier controller
  • The projector is equipped with a Chromecast (“Projector”)
  • Leave the wires connected in the original way.



BASEMENT SOUND SYSTEM

  • The speakers are bluetooth, look for “Edifier” in your settings.
  • With the Edifier controller, choose “bluetooth”



BEDDING

  • For the master bedroom, there are several sets of Queen sheets in the bedroom wardrobe
  • For the single beds, there are mattress pads, single sheets and comforters in the white cupboard upstairs.
  • For the basement sofa bed, there are sets of double beds in the long part of the sofa. Put the foam mattress before the mattress cover for more comfort.
  • For additional beds, there are mattresses and foam mattresses as well as bedding to put on the floor in the basement wardrobe (where there is the water heater).

 

TEMPERATURE:

  • If you put the heater in the master bedroom, pull the curtains away from the heaters.



FREEZER

  • The freezer is separate from the refrigerator, it is located in the wardrobe to the right of the refrigerator.



FAEMA EXPRESSO COFFEE MAKER:

  • Put the coffee beans in the receptacle provided for this purpose
  • Fill the water tank with bottled water (top of freezer) and a funnel in the 3rd utensil drawer to the left of the fridge.

DINING ROOM

  • The propane gas fireplace is only available on the garage balcony. Don’t move it.



NOISES AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES OF NEIGHBOURS:

  • Fees may apply if we have to travel for noise complaints from the neighborhood. Please be contactable at all times.
  • Respect the 10 p.m. curfew for outside noise.
  • Do NOT play music and keep a minimum voice volume outside between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of respect for the neighborhood.
  • Keep vocal and musical noise levels at a reasonable level at all times, even during the day.



SEPTIC TANK

  • Do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet bowls.

 

 

SNOW REMOVAL:

  • Except during the night, it is best to move your vehicles when our snowplow is there so that snow removal can be done properly, unless they are in Tempo.
  • Snow removal from balconies and accesses is carried out by an employee, you do not have to.
  • There is sand in the black bin near the door in case of ice.



TEMPO SHELTER:

  • There is room for a small vehicle in front of the trailer and a large one on the right. 

 

GARBAGE, RECYCLING:

  • Charges may be added to your bill if we have to sort residual materials for you.
  • Municipality bins for garbage (black), recycling (green) are on the edge of the street.
  • Never leave garbage or recycling outside the bins.
  • Put the blue bin (recycling) on ​​the road every Thursday evening.
  • The green bin (garbage) must be put out on February 11 and March 4, 2023.



STREAM

ACCESS TO LAC ECHO

  • The easiest way, in winter, either on foot or by car, via rue des mésanges, go to the parking lot of the Lac Écho recreation center

  • If there is not too much snow and it is plowed, the entrance on rue Roy can also be used. It is located on the right, behind a cedar hedge, after the first house on the street.
