ABOUT CHALET HÉRITAGE NATURE

It is in Sainte-Adèle, where there is a perfect equilibrium between nature, culture and pleasure, that you will be able to appreciate this prestigious log cabin built strictly with the Scandinavian method.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath and 2 gas fireplaces. Perched on a wooded hillside, this cottage has a panoramic view on a lake (swimming is hardly possible due to abundance of aquatic vegetation, but canoe rides are amazing and it is great to look at when the water level of the lake is high enough ).

This stunning home can accommodate up to 11 people (Rate according to number of persons) with its bunk beds (2 Queen) and a single mattress at disposal in the basement’s family room.

It is located on the side of a mountain in a wooded area overlooking the wild and protected wetland lake across the street. Note that the lake is not swimmable because too muddy on the banks and too much seaweed grows in the deeper areas. Moreover, its level fluctuates according to the season’s rainfall. On the other hand, this lake is very pleasant to contemplate because of its vegetation and its avian and aquatic fauna. You can go swimming at the beach of Lac Rond Sainte-Adèle 12 minutes away by car.

The cottage is situated about half way between the charming villages of Sainte-Adèle et Val-David (about 10 minutes). You will have your pick in the multitude of activities offered. In the winter, you can go downhill skiing (7 minutes away), snowshoeing or cross-country skiing (directly in the backyard), ice skating, sliding or the private spa. In the Summer months you will be able to hike, bike, mountain bike, mountain climbing, swimming at the Round lake in Sainte-Adèle, golf (10 minutes away), canoeing, horse riding, etc. The Pine movie theater is always there with its popular new releases. There is a vast array of restaurants and bars in the region. 

Complete bedding and shower towels are provided. There is a 55″ HD TV with a CD-DVD player and a 32″ HD TV in the basement. There is cable on the TV’s and WIFI Internet access. There is a washer and dryer set, a dishwasher as well as the ordinary kitchen equipment.

Pets:  Note that small dogs might be admitted in the chalet under certain restrictions and conditions. A 75$ fee applies per dog (maximum 2 dogs).

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that we are looking for a MATURE, DISCREET and RESPECTFUL clientele. As a result and following too many bad experiences, we no longer rent to groups whose average adult age is under 28 or to people who want to party without worrying about noise for neighbors because even if they are far away, as we are in the mountains and in a peaceful environment, the sound carries a lot and night noises can bother them, so PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN. Animals: Note that small dogs may be accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. Fees of $75 for each dog may apply (2 dogs maximum). Full details in the chalet booking form.

Complete bedding is provided as well as towels for the showers.

The kitchen is very well equipped. You will find, among other things, an espresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor as well as equipment for the fondue (gas) in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen. In general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc…

There is a 55’’ HD TV  and a 32″ with a CD/DVD player. You will have WIFI internet access. There is also a washer and dryer set and a gas BBQ grill and a dish-washer.

The spa is open year round!
