IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ TO GUIDE YOU BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE:

 

As all good things come to an end, your stay at HAVRE PERCHÉ chalet is already over.

 

We leave you some information to know before leaving the chalet.

 

Check-out is at noon the latest.



BEFORE LEAVING

The cost of regular cleaning is included in the price of your stay. To avoid extra cleaning costs, please leave the chalet clean and tidy 😊. However, we ask you to leave the cottage clean and tidied up. If you do not wish to put any energy into it, no problem, but know that any extra cleaning time, as mentioned in our reservation policies, any cleaning time beyond normal cleaning (max 5h to 7h for the Havre Perché – according to number of people) will result in a minimum holdback of $ 75 + taxes on the security deposit. The safest way is to return the cottage in the state where you would like to find it if you were the owner.

 

  • Rinse dirty dishes and place them in the dishwasher.
  • Start the dishwasher but you don’t have to wait for the end of the cycle.
  • The kitchen should be free of dirty dishes.
  • Empty the kitchen trash and place the bag in the trash can outside the path.
  • Empty the recycling bin in the garbage can outside the path.
  • Place used towels, dish towels and tablecloths in the bath.
  • There is no need to undo the beds.
  • Replace furniture and accessories moved during your stay.
  • Store toys and board games where you find them.
  • Turn off all lights, fans and other electrical appliances.
  • In the cold season, lower the thermostats to 18º.
  • Close the fireplace key all the way to the right before leaving the chalet so as not to let cold air enter when the chalet is not occupied.
  • Take a final tour of the chalet before leaving to avoid travel costs ($ 25 + tax) and shipping ($$) for forgotten items.
  • Close ALL windows. A minimum fee of $ 50 will be charged if you leave with windows open in the cold season.
  • Lock the doors when exiting.
  • Notify us by text message when you leave the chalet at 1-888-456-8745
