IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ TO GUIDE YOU BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE:

 

As all good things come to an end, your stay at LE REFUGE is already over.

We leave you some information to know before leaving the chalet.

 

Check-out is at noon the latest.

 

BEFORE LEAVING

The cost of regular cleaning is included in the price of your stay. To avoid extra cleaning costs, please leave the chalet clean and tidy 😊.

 

  • Rinse dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher
  • Start the dishwasher but you don’t have to wait for the end of the cycle.
  • The kitchen should be free of dirty dishes.
  • Empty the kitchen trash and place the bag in the outdoor trash can.
  • Empty the recycling bin into the outdoor bin.
  • Place used towels, dish towels and tablecloths in the bath.
  • There is no need to undo the beds.
  • Replace furniture and accessories moved during your stay.
  • Store toys and board games where you find them.
  • Turn off all lights, fans and other electrical appliances, except bull’s-eye lights (round mezzanine window) which must remain on.
  • In the cold season, lower the thermostats to 18º.
  • Make a final tour of the chalet before leaving to avoid travel costs ($ 25 + tax) and shipping ($$) for forgotten items.
  • Close ALL windows. A minimum fee of $ 50 will be charged if you leave with windows open in the cold season.
  • Lock the doors when exiting and arm the alarm system by pressing the “movement” button.
  • Notify us by text message at 1-888-456-8745 when you leave the chalet.
