NOISE AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES OF NEIGHBORS:

  • Observe the 10 p.m. curfew for noise and outdoor lighting.
  • Do NOT play music and keep your voice volume at a minimum outside between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. and close windows if the music is loud inside.
  • Keep a level of vocal and musical noise at a reasonable level at all times, even during the day, out of respect for the neighborhood on both sides of the lake.
  • Do not venture onto neighbors’ property.

UTENSILS:

  • There is a hidden drawer above the utensil drawer. We’ve put a label on so you don’t have to search for too long.

BILLIARDS:

  • Break on the side of the table that is opposite the windows to avoid breaking one from a ball that would be propelled on the glass.

WATER

  • The water is potable and safe to drink.
  • You can fill the cooler jugs directly with tap water or take it to the village Metro to fill it for $ 4, it’s your choice.

  • There is a supply of firewood provided in the bin on the balcony of the main entrance.
  • Never use wood from an outdoor campfire for the indoor fireplace as it will clog the fireplace with its sap.
  • Refer to the laminated fireplace instruction sheet for details on using the fireplace.

SPA:

Carefully read the instructions for the SPA in order to maintain the hygiene of the water and to avoid costs for not having followed the important instructions.

  • Spa instructions are posted on the exit wall to the lake in the basement.

  • Their “poops” must be gathered in the field and sand 😊.

KAYAKS AND PEDALO:

The boat ramp cannot be used as a launching point for the personal boats of the tenants, under penalty of very high fines by the nautical patrol. The owners of the chalet are not responsible for the reports issued.

  • The descent is used exclusively to put the kayaks in the water and take them out after use.
  • DO NOT leave the kayaks and the pedal boat in the descent of the boat out of respect for the neighbor because this small beach is shared with him.
  • Kayaks should be placed under the deck after each use.

  • On the top floor, adjust the thermostats yourself. They are located at the main entrance, the billiard room and the wall next to the downstairs bathroom.
  • We ask that you turn down the floor thermostats to 18 degrees before you leave.

DOORS:

  • Never leave the doors open because little friends might take the opportunity to break into the house and we don’t want that! 😊.
